What’s this?
This blog is about the history of a Massive Multiplayer Online Roleplaying Game called Tibia.
The purpose of this Blog is to gather stories and opinions from Tibians who are around for a long time.
After browsing the several forums of Tibia, i came to the conclusion that the average Tibian is highly interested in stories from the past about all the rares and how they were obtained. Again and again the same questions about events in the past come up. And then 2 days later the answers form the old tibians are on page 100 of the official forums and some weeks later the same question comes again. To break this circle a place is needed where these stories are gathered and can be found easily.
Tibiahistory is that site. We want to gather the good old stories that tibians tell at the campfire. To start your Journey into the past, read the starting Post of this blog to get an idea.
Please note that the articles posted here are subjective memories of the people who write the articles. Of course other people renember certain events in another way. You are free to post your comments to the articles and if you want to post an article with your view of the events then don’t hesitate to write me an email at tibiahistory@gmx.com
If you have own memories on events from Tibia and want them published here, write me an email as well. But please understand that the staff will decide which articles get posted and which not. Articles of the time, where there was only one Tibia and not 70 servers, are prefered.
